· Process: The operator pushes the "Boom 1 Lift" lever on the remote control → The corresponding electronic solenoid valve coil is energized → The valve core moves, opening the oil path to the no-hose chamber of the boom cylinder → Hydraulic oil enters and the boom rises.
2. Control of leg movement:
· The "horizontal extension" and "vertical support" of the legs are also controlled by electronic solenoid valves.
· Process: Press the "Front Leg Extension" button → The corresponding electronic solenoid valve is energized → Hydraulic oil enters the horizontal leg cylinder, and the leg extends.
3. Control of pump delivery system reversing:
· The reversing of the main pump delivery cylinder was originally controlled by hydraulic control, but modern pump trucks mostly use electric reversing control, which is controlled by high-frequency operating electromagnetic valves, and it is essentially also an electronic solenoid valve.
4. Control of other auxiliary functions:
· Such as hopper stirring, water washing valve switching, etc., are also controlled by smaller electronic solenoid valves.
